The Whitney Contemporaries, the junior fundraising group of the Whitney Museum of Modern Art, held their annual art party and auction at Skylight Studios. The evening exclusively benefited the New York institution’s independent study program, which supports fourteen artists every year.
Dior Beauty ambassador Tinsley Mortimer is back in New York after touring Europe with her sister, Dabney Mercer. As part of their travels, the two blondes also carved out some time at Walt Disney World in Orlando, just a few hours away from Palm Beach, where their parents maintain residences.
Tinsley, a close friend of Marine Azria, was dressed by the night’s underwriters, BCBG Max Azria, as were Byrdie Bell, Fabiola Beracasa, and Zani Gugelmann. The socialites all had their hair and makeup done together by Ric Pipino and Alexa Rodulfo, respectively, before the party.
Real estate executive Ivanka Trump has committed to sharing her expertise in property development as the keynote speaker of several business conventions this summer. Her long-term boyfriend, Jared Kushner, is launching a magazine, through his Observer Media Group, aimed at young society mothers at the start of fall. Ivanka is currently in the midst of helping her brother, Donald Trump Jr., and his wife, Vanessa, transition into their new apartment at The Sovereign in Sutton Place, a city supplement to their estate in upstate Bedford.
